Terms of Service

1. Provider

Boffy is a product of Berry Block GmbH, Rothenbaumchaussee 40, 20148 Hamburg, Germany. Commercial register: HRB 162776, Amtsgericht Hamburg.

2. Service Description

Boffy provides an attribution-based billing platform that enables businesses to track sales across messaging channels, generate invoices based on attributed revenue, and offer merchants transparent billing portals. The service includes automated data collection via GA4, invoice generation, payment tracking, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use Boffy, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payment

Boffy offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) with monthly billing. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Boffy processes your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than delivering the contracted service. Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data.

6. Availability & Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Boffy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
